LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

This limited warranty shall apply to POCO products. For handset defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Xiaomi shall provide free of charge repair service within the warranty period.

The Limited Warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product.

SUPPLEMENTARY SPECIFICATION

This limited warranty is only valid in Singapore, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by Xiaomi or POCO authorized service centers.

Xiaomi may conduct diagnostic tests on customers' products to identify the causes of failures/defects. Before returning any unit for service, customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product. Xiaomi is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.

Prior to contacting a POCO service agent, please prepare to provide the following information is at hand:
*Model, serial number, and IMEI number if available.

*Customer’s full address and contact information.

*Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.

The warranty in respect of a repaired product/part will continue to be warranted for the remaining of its warranty period, or 30 days from the date of completion of repair, whichever is longer.

The warranty will continue in the event that the product is found to be defective after OTA upgrade released by Xiaomi officially (no hardware defects).

This warranty does not cover the following cases:

  1. The product serial number, IMEI number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered. If any accessory or external part of the product is missing.

  2. Any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.

  3. Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, including but not limited to rust or stains;

  4. Any other circumstances that are contradictory or are not in compliance with business ethics.

Xiaomi will determine whether a product is "Out of Warranty" at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed above. Repair of Out of Warranty products shall be separately quoted by the POCO service center and respective service shall be provided upon service fee payment.

POCO X4 GT Premium Service

Additionally to the consumer rights granted by the legal warranty and according to the terms which are published on //www.po.co/global/service/warranty/ the following voluntary additional and free of charge commercial guarantee shall apply to all consumers who purchased and activated POCO X4 GT (“Product”) in Territory of Singapore (“Consumer”). The commercial guarantee is offered by Xiaomi H.K. Limited registered at Suite 3209, 32/F, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, 15 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

1. Screen Protection Guarantee,

a) Scope

Consumers who purchase a POCO X4 GT between the 30 June 2022 ~ 30 June 2023, at any official sales channel (online or offline) of Xiaomi in the Territory of Singapore (“Territory”) and activate the Product within the Territory, will be eligible to a one-time (1) free repair service at the local Xiaomi´s Service Center during the first six (6) months after the purchase, if the screen of the above mentioned Products is damaged or faulty by a non-intentional action by Consumer (i.e. like non-intentional falling of the Product).

Such repair of the screen shall be free of any charge and includes, if need be, the replacement of the screen also free of any charge.

In order to benefit from this commercial guarantee, Consumers must contact the Xiaomi Customer Support. Consumers might be requested to send the invoice of the purchase or the delivery bill.

b) Exclusions

This commercial guarantee shall not be applicable or cover to the following cases:
I. Damage to the screen caused intentionally or with gross negligence;
II. Damages affecting only the surface of the screen, such as scratches or other aesthetic appearance of the screen;
III. Damages incurred by malware, unauthorized software or third-party apps used by the Consumer.

Moreover, the commercial warranty shall as well not in any of the following cases:
I. The Consumer does not disclose the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill;
II. The serial number and/or the IMEI number is damaged or has been removed or tampered;
III. The Product is counterfeit and has not been manufactured by Xiaomi;
IV. The defect is caused by a non-intended purposes use or contrary to Xiaomi’s or the seller´s instructions, manuals or guidelines; V. The defect arises from the Consumer’s own or unauthorized repair/manipulation, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software, or components.

This commercial warranty is not applicable to Products that, due to the damages or alteration of the screen, have to be replaced with a new Product. Such replacement will be subject to the legal warranty standards.

Nothing in this Commercial Guarantee shall limit Consumers rights under the applicable law.

POCO F4 Premium Service

Additionally to the consumer rights granted by the legal warranty and according to the terms which are published on //www.po.co/global/service/warranty/ the following voluntary additional and free of charge commercial guarantee shall apply to all consumers who purchased and activated POCO F4 (“Product”) in Territory of Singapore (“Consumer”). The commercial guarantee is offered by Xiaomi H.K. Limited registered at Suite 3209, 32/F, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, 15 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
